Biography
Brent Moelleken, M.D., is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with offices in Beverly Hills and Santa Barbara. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and specializes in aesthetic surgery of the face. After studying English and German literature at the post-graduate level at Harvard, he graduated from Yale Medical School and spent ten years in residency training at UCSF and UCLA. He is a member of American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS.) He has over 110 peer- reviewed publications, invited presentations, book chapters and abstracts to his credit and is assistant clinical professor and attending physician
at UCLA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Moelleken is one of seven surgeons on the "Extreme Team" of surgeons on ABC's "Extreme Makeover" show and is regularly featured on Discovery Health Channel, CNN, and Extra.
