    Cathy Frey is executive director of Alliance for Rural Community Health (ARCH), a network of eight community health clinics in Northern California. Its service area covers 3,500 square miles and serves 37,000 patients in rural and geographically isolated communities in Lake, Mendocino and Sonoma counties. The alliance offers policy, collaboration, project management and technology services to each health center. The community health centers are: Anderson Valley Health Center in Boonville; Long Valley Health Center in Laytonville; Mendocino Coast Clinics in Fort Bragg; Mendocino Community Health Clinics in Ukiah, Lakeport and Willits; Potter Valley Community Health Center in Potter Valley; and Redwood Coast Medical Services in Gualala.
