About Myself

Danielle Ivory is a reporter at Bloomberg Government in DC. She formerly was a reporter at the Huffington Post Investigative Fund. She has been a senior fellow and research director at Bill Moyers Journal and the Schumann Center for Media and Democracy. She has also worked as a production assistant with Weekend Edition Sunday on National Public Radio, and as a reporter for The Nation, one of Thailand's national English-language newspapers. Ivory was a finalist for the 2010 online journalism award from Investigative Reporters and Editors and received the 2010 Media Award from Mental Health America for national online reporting. Ivory graduated from Princeton and earned her master’s degree at the University of Oxford. She grew up in Pullman, Washington.
