Making a Difference

I began blogging for enjoyment and it re-energized my passion for nursing, and brought out a passion for writing. I'd like to think that maybe I will inspire others to enter the profession. I'm hoping to earn my PhD in Nursing Science - my goal is to study nurses themselves in an effort to help recruit and retain the next generation of my colleagues.
